We understand that designing boxes can be a complicated process with many options and styles to consider. In order to provide you with efficient service, we put together a page that can assist with some ideas, styles and most importantly our capabilities as a box factory.

Do you have a minimum order?
We don't have a minimum order but generally we start production at 20 boxes and can do up to 2,000 boxes per order.

How long is the processing time for an order?
The time it takes to complete an order will be dependant on the quantity ordered. If we have stock available we can process the order within 5-7 working days. Larger orders will require longer lead times which are dependant on the quantity and the amount of projects we are working on at the time.

Can you do urgent orders?
We always try to go the extra mile for our clients and accommodate rush orders. If we have the capacity, we will do our best to meet your deadline. However this will incur an additional rush fee which will be specified in the quote.

Do you deliver?
Yes we do offer delivery throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Is the delivery price included in the cost per box?
No, the delivery fee is a separate line item on your quote and will be applicable to your final order dimensions and your location.

How do I decide on the size of the box I need?
The best way to decide on the box dimensions you require is to place your product/s on an A4/A3 piece of paper in a formation that will look appealing within the box. Draw a rectangle or square around them. Add 1cm to each side and this will give you a comfortable box size.

The design process:

Follow these four simple steps in order to compile your box order brief. Email us with your specifications and we will send you a quote as soon as possible.

Step 1: Select a box size

We do custom box sizes to match your requirements. We also have standard box sizes that we often keep in stock.

Standard sizes:

Wine: 32.5cm x 9.5cm x 9.5cm
Double Wine: 32.5cm x 19cm x 9.5cm
Triple Wine: 32.5cm x 28.5cm x 9.5cm

Step 2: Choose a box format

We can do a variety of different box formats. The most popular options are the sliding lid and hinged lid boxes.

Step 3: Decide on a wood type and stain or vanish finish

Pine wood is our most popular wood choice as it is affordable and very durable. We also work with teak and kiaat woods.

It is important to remember that even though each box will be the same dimensions and format, every single box will be unique because of the markings within the wood.

Choosing a stain or vanish is optional depending on the particular look and feel you are going for. Please contact us for stain options.

Step 4: Specify your branding and logo positioning

Laser engraving is an art and requires accuracy.

We have 2 laser engraving machines that have capacity to do large branding orders.

To ensure your logo looks perfect we will need a high-res JPEG file and vector file. Please be sure to include the exact position of the logo that you require on the box.
